The first step on our journey is to understand the five year vision for your business. Together we will create a map, which will include core outcomes for the clients, internal processes and people who surround your business. From that map we will choose a select number of priorities to focus on for the year ahead.
Once we have a strong and solid foundation for your business's future, we will then participate in an exercise to develop the core strategies that we need to make the goals from your vision map a reality. These strategies can be decided on by the business directors, and can also involve senior management and key staff.
Once we have developed the strategies that we want to focus on for the year, we then create an action plan that we can work on with all key stakeholders to ensure the business is moving in the right direction from the word "go". We also discuss key communications tactics to ensure that we have support and enthusiasm from your management and staff.
By the end of our workshop together, you will have a five year vision map broken all the way down into a 90-day action plan that outlines both the long term vision for your business and the short term tactics that will help you get to where you want to be.
